Over 20 years of research went into developing our assessements, and we do ongoing research to improve the predictability of our instruments. We look at what determines success in each industry. For example, our research has shown that highly successful collectors are assertive, goal oriented, company oriented, energetic, social, and competitive. Besides these core traits, we also found that higher scores on:
- Customer Orientation reduces complaints;
- Compliance to Structure reduces FDCPA violations; And,
- Attention to Detail is important for medical collections.
